Balloon Duel

Okay sooooo I've decided to come back to FAC and post some new stuff...I'm going to try to add new stuff at least every week...and I'm going to try to put more fanart stuff than original stuff...And this looks a whole lot better in real life. My scanner totally killed the shading. Especially on the balloons.
