This is his partial human form, he can transform into a full human by choice.

Age: 17
Race: White Dragon
Size: Of a medium Dog
Family: One Twin Sister Aurae.
Powers: Healing, Transformation (able to transform into another Race, such as human, elf..etc. To blend in and hide.)
History: Raised in a Breeding farm against his own will. He had born in captivity and held a high price for being a White Dragon. Seeing White and Black Dragons are considered more rarely seen. Him and his sister were saved by a Dragon and his rider when they killed off the farms laborers and freed the many dragons living in the Farm. Aurae and Auron were already free essentially but were badly injured. The Dragon Haung and his Rider William saved them and brought them back to Williams home located far east.

It was based in the old times, Feudal era almost. So those who had the dragons were able to contain them with spells and black magic. No one bothered them that much seeing those who would try to free the dragons were either successful, or died on the spot.
I take it speciesism is pretty bad in this country? Otherwise, it's hard to see how folks could keep a sentient race as livestock/chattel/exotic pets.
