Two legs will be fine and the hometown is in the animal world so you can just make it up. Good Luck ^-^
I looked at your blog, so do I design a clothed animal character, but stands upright, like a human? (I'm not sure if you want four legs or two!) And is the hometown set in the real world, or do I make it up? (sorry, I'm being so picky!)
