DVC--Lost Amid the Scars

"Amid the numerous scars on Silas's porcelain skin, I tried to find his angel wings, for surely that was what he was...That was when he whispered that they had been torn off."
Kind of a quote from one of my Nick/Silas fanfics. I've always loved envisioning Silas as a fallen angel trying to find his way back to Heaven, willing to do whatever it took to achieve salvation. He's not evil or cruel, just misguided.
