Story: Born as a girl instead of a boy, Tamyia is punished by her enraged father. He makes her do chores and beats her when she doesn't do what he wants correctly. Her mother ignores her, but teaches her at home so she doesn't become stupid like her father. As a punishment she is homeschooled and not aloud to socialize with the outside world. Upon turning sixteen Tamyia begs her mother to let her go to public school and finally she says yes so she isn't pestering her any longer. Her father is outraged and demanded she not go but that doesn't stop Tamyia from going. At school she ends up meeting Tohru and the Sohmas but she is rude and uncaring towards them due to her father's influence. When arriving home late after her first day of school she is beaten by her father and she flees into the forest. It begins to rain and she falls at the doorstep of Shigure's house. He brings her in and she gets to know the Sohmas and Tohru Honda. She grows very fond of Kyo Sohma because she feels as though she's more like him then anyone else in the world. She hopes to one day break his curse and end his loneliness forever.

Personality: Growing up with a cruel father has turned her sour against others but she longs to be with others. She opens up more upon meeting Kyo and learns to interact with others in a kinder manner.

Weaknesses: She often gets in fights with other classmates due to her miscommunication. (they think she's dissing them). She also has no defense when it comes to her father and she let's him beat her.

Other: When Tamyia hugs Kyo he doesn't transform into his cat form but when she kisses him he does. The other's transform when she hugs them. Hatori believes it's because they share the same loneliness and longing to be a part of the main family. She also likes cats. ^~


Damn I typed this last night and it logged me out so I had to type it all again. *growls at computer* Anyways her is my Fruits Basket OC. I was going to get her up with the others but I lost interest in drawing her at the time.

On to the picture . . . I don't draw skirts very well, maybe because I don't draw skirts period. ^^ So it might look a little strange. For some reason her legs were really hard to draw, maybe it had to do with the crappy skirt. ^~ I didn't do much detailing on the bag because I was really tired when I drew this, but I do love the Kyo cat on it. ^^ Tell me if there's anything else that is wrong with this picture please, I'd really appreciate it. ^^
